π©π€£~Main Joke~π€£π©
If your hat leaps at your face…
It’s not fashion. It’s amphibian warfare.
π~Short Story~π
“Sir Confusio and the Frog in the Hat”
Confusio spotted a fine Victorian top hat on a table.
It twitched.
He lifted it — and screamed as a frog launched onto his face.
A child giggled: “It’s a prank!”
Confusio chased the child around the room shouting,
“Return your amphibian!”
The frog croaked triumphantly.
π️~Weird History~π️
Victorian prank culture included fake insects, spring-loaded boxes, and even “jumping hats.” Frogs were common pets and prank tools in rural towns. Confusio’s frog gag fits right into 19th-century mischief.

Snowball Town erupted in laughter after the frog prank.
The mayor declared the frog the winner of the Holiday Mischief Contest.
A grand ceremony was staged in the town square.
Children carried the frog on a velvet cushion.
A tiny red cape was draped over its back, and a golden thimble crown was placed on its head.
The crowd cheered, tossing confetti made of shredded wrapping paper.
But behind the spectacle, Wazappo was at work.
He enchanted the hat:
- It shimmered like royal velvet.
- The frog gleamed like a golden crown.
- Even the child appeared to bow before Confusio.
The mayor proclaimed:
“By decree of Snowball Town, this frog is now Sir Croakington the Brave!”
Confusio sulked, muttering:
“I was attacked by royalty.”
Then fate intervened.
Confusio sneezed.
The frog croaked and leapt again.
The illusion collapsed in a puff of glitter.
Wazappo hissed:
“Your sneeze ruins my prank!”
Confusio replied:
“Better a croak than a crown of lies.”
The frog, now seated on a marshmallow pedestal, began fishing candy canes from the town fountain:
while the townsfolk applauded their newest knight, half‑real, half‑illusion, but entirely legendary.
